Challenge - A brand new project needed to onboard 6 new hires to interview university students regarding their challenges while studying abroad. We also needed to guide students in creating assets that told their story in a concise and engaging way.
Solutions - I worked on a team that created a workbook with reference material for IDs as we worked with students. This included an interactive table of contents, an interview script, mental health resources, project outlines, and common questions
I have been given permission to keep branding information on these assets.
